Theona Bien-Aime
Secretary / Board Member
Theona, Miami native, is a North Miami Senior High alum with an Associate of Arts degree in Nursing from Miami-Dade College. Overcoming the adversity of being a teen mom, Theona graduated with honors, and dedicated herself to going back to school for business management.
While attending college she took on another role by marrying her high school sweet heart and father to her kids. Ensuring a Christian-based upbringing for her family, Theona and her husband instilled hard work onto their children, pushing them to becoming honors students, and award winning athletes.

Ernie Tabuteau
Chairperson/Board Member
Ernie Tabuteau brings a wealth of sports science and practical knowledge to the private sector. He is a wonderful husband and father of 4. Ernie has trained All-Americans as well as professional and amateur athletes from all over the country and in a multitude of sports. He is the founder of TABU Fitness, which was established in 2014, in order to deliver the best and most innovative world-class training to the public.

Adam Jacob
Lead Director /Board Member
Adam is a committed leader, veteran, and mentor who has dedicated his life to serving others and helping young people grow. After six years in the United States Coast Guard, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and integrity — qualities that continue to shape everything he does today. Adam is also deeply committed to personal development, fitness, and inspiring the next generation to aim higher in life.
Outside of coaching, Adam is known for his positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to motivate and connect with people from all backgrounds. He brings energy, structure, and genuine care into every environment he steps into.
As a coach, Adam uses his leadership experience and passion for youth development to help kids build confidence, improve their skills, and discover their potential. His goal is simple: to empower young athletes to become stronger — both in character and in ability.

Wadel Louis
Director/ Board Member
Wadel Louis was born in Port-de-Paix, Haiti and raised in Miami, Florida. A proud graduate of North Miami Beach High School, he finished in the top 15% of his class before continuing his academic journey at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences while becoming a four-year football letterman and an all-conference athlete.
Wadel has built an extensive career in the mental health and substance use fields, where he has developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their path to healing. As a passionate advocate for men’s mental health, he strives to break stigmas, promote emotional well-being, and encourage open conversation. He is equally dedicated to uplifting and enlightening the youth, helping to guide and inspire the next generation toward brighter futures.
Grounded, driven, and service-minded, Wadel continues to use his experience and voice to make a meaningful impact in his community and beyond.

Laura Johnson
Treasurer/ Board Member
From the track to the classroom, Laura has always believed in the power of perseverance. A former North Miami Senior High track runner and regional qualifier in the 400m and 800m, she carried her discipline and drive into her academic journey, graduating in the top 15% of her class and earning a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University.
Laura’s greatest passion is working with children who have learning disabilities, helping them see that they are not defined by labels but by their potential to grow, thrive, and succeed. As a public school teacher and track coach, she inspires her students to chase their goals with confidence whether on the field, in the classroom, or beyond.
